Summary: Nicely located on Av. Louise. But a bit surprised about the enthusiastic reviews for this hotel, considering several shortcomings. Rooms are modern with a design twist, beds are confortable and AC was working fine. There we problems in our bathroom room , however, with water spilling onto the floor when showering and it took ages to get hot water running in the morning. If you get rooms facing the courtyard you will be having black solar panels for a view. Great environmentally, but not particularly charming. Elevator leading to rooms on the backside of hotel is really small and barely big enough for two people. Staff a bit aloof - some of them barely greeting guests. I have seen better customer service.

Summary: Super comfy hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and new. Giving 4 stars only because we didn’t find the guys at the reception very friendly to us. It wouldn’t hurt to smile or to talk politely I think

Summary: Great hotel in a nice upscale area of Brussels. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed in their superior room which was comfortable and roomy.

Summary: Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous.
